Note:<\/strong> Ticket must be purchased by October 12 to guarantee t-shirt size and availability .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lunch provided both days as well as a WordCamp Riverside T-Shirt and access to an excellent after-party on Saturday evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Admission (Saturday & Sunday)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Micro Machine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to General Admission your name will be listed on the website as a Micro Machine (Micro Sponsor).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I bought the wrong kind of ticket, what do I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, buy a General Admission ticket and keep the confirmation email. If you are selected to speak or volunteer at WordCamp Riverside you’ll need it for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a pending speaker or volunteer submission, should I purchase a ticket?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once selected speakers and volunteers will receive information on obtaining a complementary ticket via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund Policy for Attendees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds are not available for WordCamp Riverside, if you’ve made an error during the purchase of your ticket please contact us<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund Policy for Volunteers, Speakers and Organizers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you didn’t use a coupon code in the purchase or your ticket please contact your wrangler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transferring of Tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limitation to Transferring of Tickets<\/strong>: After a ticket has checked-in and registered it can’t be transferred to another attendee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you purchased a ticket, can’t attend one or both days and would like to gift your ticket. Please contact us<\/a> or ask a volunteer before the ticket is registered on its first day. Once the ticket has been registered it can’t be transferred to another attendee. That person would need to purchase their own ticket.

Photography & Videography Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For community-building and promotional purposes, there will be volunteer and\/or professional photographers and videographers at WordCamp Riverside. By attending the event, you consent to your image being used in resulting photos or videos that may show your participation in the WordCamp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
